Javier Barría, born on December 1, 1979, in Santiago, Chile, is a Chilean
singer-songwriter. Active since 1996, he began releasing independent EPs in the
early 2000s, including Nada de todo (2002), Canciones de madera (2003), and
Bonsai (2003). His studio albums include Desayuno eléctrico (2005), Limpio
(2005), Llorar en la calle (2012), and Folclor (2014), the latter of which won
the 2015 Pulsar Award for Best Singer-Songwriter. His subsequent albums include
Estación Pirque (2016), which was nominated for Album of the Year at the 2017
Pulsar Awards, and Un cariño antiguo (2025)....
