J.J.
JJ, a Swedish electronic band consisting of Joakim Benon and Elin Kastlander,
formed in 2009. The duo met in their hometown of Vallentuna, outside Stockholm,
and began playing together at a local youth center. In December 2008, JJ signed
with the American record label Secretly Canadian. Their debut album, JJ N°.2,
was released in July 2009. JJ's subsequent albums included JJ N°.3 (2010) and V
(2014). They went on a nationwide tour with The xx on a US tour in 2010 and also
released covers of songs by Akon, Jeremih, and others. JJ additionally
