Inès Defontaine, born January 21, 1996 in Paris, is a French-Moroccan artist who
grew up in Morocco. From an early age, she was immersed in a rich musical
universe thanks to her music-loving father, who introduced her to such legends
as Elton John, The Beatles, Barbara and Charles Aznavour. Her mother also passed
on to her the haunting sounds of Arab artists such as Oum Kalthoum, Warda and
