Ilham El Arbaoui, aka ILY, is a Moroccan rapper who fuses rap, modern melodies and Afro-trap influences. Daughter of chaâbi singer Abdelaziz Stati, she draws on her roots while exploring contemporary sounds. Her first project, IRA, released in 2021, marked her entry into rap, with a style oscillating between hard-hitting egotrip and introspective tracks, carried by a singular voice and mastered flows.
