Hip Hop Hoodíos, a multilingual Latin hip-hop and alternative band, was founded
in 2001 in Brooklyn, NY by Josué Noriega, Abraham Vélez, and Federico Fong.
Their debut EP Raza Hoodía, released in 2002, featured tracks blending various
Latin styles with rock en español and rap music. In 2005, they released their
full-length album Agua Pa' La Gente. After a ten-year hiatus, the group
resurfaced in 2019 as a solo act led by Josué Noriega. Notable collaborations
during this period included Pato Machete of Control Machete and Mexican
