Harlem World was an American hip hop group founded by Mase. Active between 1995
and 1999, the group consisted of seven members, including Mase's sister Baby
Stase and Huddy. They were signed to Jermaine Dupri’s So So Def Records and
released their debut album, The Movement, on March 9, 1999. The album peaked at
number 11 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold the following month.
Despite this success, Harlem World disbanded later that year. Their last
appearance was on Mase's second album, Double Up, with the track "From Scratch".
