Hanoi Rocks
Hanoi Rocks, a Finnish rock band, was formed in Helsinki in 1979 by Andy McCoy
and Michael Monroe. The group initially gained traction in Finland and Sweden
before moving to England to expand their audience. Their early albums, such as
Bangkok Shocks, Saigon Shakes, Hanoi Rocks (1981), laid the groundwork for their
distinctive sound. In 1982, the band released Oriental Beat and Self Destruction
Blues, which helped them gain a following in Europe and Asia. The group's
