Hammock
Hammock is an American ambient and post-rock duo formed in 2005 in Nashville,
Tennessee, by Marc Byrd and Andrew Thompson. Their music is characterized by
ethereal textures, reverberating guitars and introspective soundscapes, often
associated with a cinematic, contemplative atmosphere. On their debut album
Kenotic (2005), they laid the foundations for a sonic universe blending ambient,
