Grupo Anaconda
Grupo Anaconda formed in 2004 in the Greater Buenos Aires area, quickly
distinguishing themselves in the cumbia romántica scene under the leadership of
lead vocalist Valeska Pino. Their debut album Antídoto de Amor (2004) featured
heartfelt early hits like “Amor de Tres,” “Fallaste,” and “Ven Junto a Mí,”
which became instant audience favorites and established their reputation. After
several years of activity, they entered a period of reduced visibility before
