Gren
Gren was an American power pop band from Culver City, California, established in
1994. The ensemble consisted of vocalist and guitarist Brett White, bassist
Marcus Gonzales, and drummer John "Possum" Hill. Their recording career began
with the debut studio recording Camp Grenada (1995), which was released through
the label I.R.S. Records and produced by the musician Tim O'Heir at Cherokee
Studios. The ensemble reached professional recognition for the single “She
Shines”, which reached the top 40 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock chart.
