Gravenhurst
Gravenhurst is the folk-rock project of Englishman Nick Talbot. Author,
composer, performer and guitarist, he formed Gravenhurst in 1999 and released
albums from 2004 onwards, including Fires In Distant Buildings (2005) and The
Ghost In Daylight (2012). His elegant, graceful British folk style is sometimes
backed up by a more rock-oriented live band. The soul of Gravenhurst, Nick
Talbot died on December 4, 2014 at the age of 37. His death led to the de facto
dissolution of Gravenhurst.
