Formed in Auckland, New Zealand in 2013, Lee Mvtthews is a drum and bass duo
founded by British-born Lee Mavers and New Zealand native Graham Matthews. Both
Lee and Matthews had relocated to Auckland where they attended the Music and
Audio Institute of New Zealand and met in 2012 when both were taking a DJ course
at the school. Sharing similar musical interests, they both began collaborating
