Göran Ringbom
Göran Ringbom, born on June 8, 1944 in Halla, Gotland, Sweden, was a Swedish
musician and singer. He began his musical journey at the age of 12 by forming a
music group and later became a full-time musician in 1976. Ringbom's
breakthrough came as the lead singer and frontman of Di sma undar jårdi, where
he gained recognition for the song "Snabbköpskassörskan". He left the group in
1988 and was a frequent guest with Vänersborg's Eminenta Storband. Throughout
his career, Ringbom recorded a total of 12 LPs and studio albums. He passed away
on November 9, 2025.
