Goodness was an American rock band from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1994. Led
by Carrie Akre, the group featured Danny Newcomb, Garth Reeves, Fiia McGann, and
Chris Friel. Their self-titled debut album, Goodness, was released in 1995. In
1998, they released Anthem, which included the song “Electricity, Electricity”
featuring Mike McCready. Goodness toured supporting acts such as Pearl Jam,
Cheap Trick, and Oasis. They co-headlined a tour with Candlebox and released
live albums in 2005. The group disbanded in 2005.
