Good for Cows
Good for Cows, an experimental jazz duo from Oakland, United States, was formed
in 1999 and consisted of Ches Smith and Devin Hoff. The band's inception
occurred when Smith and Hoff began collaborating after other musicians failed to
show up for rehearsals. In 2004, the band released Bebop Fantasy and in 2008,
they celebrated their 10th anniversary with a live concert album titled 10th
Anniversary Concert. The duo continued their musical journey with the release of
Audumla in 2010.
