Born in Fabriano (Italy) in 2007, pianist and composer Giovanni Ceccarelli
studied classical music at the conservatory from the age of seven, before
discovering jazz, which became his preferred genre. In addition to numerous
recording sessions with musicians such as Tiziana Ghiglioni, Nancy King, Sandra
Cartolari, Enrico Bracco, Enrico Ghelardi, Ada Montellanico and Marcello
Sebastiani, he recorded his debut album The Street Dancer (1998) as a duo with
American pianist Eddie Wied for Philology Records. After touring with
