Virginia Claire Wigmore, born 6 June 1986 in Auckland, New Zealand, is a singer
who began writing songs at fourteen. After winning the International Songwriting
Competition with "Angelfire", she released her debut EP Extended Play in 2008,
which peaked at Number Ten on the New Zealand Albums Chart and earned platinum
certification. In 2009 she signed with Island Records Australia and issued her
