Ghita Lahmamssi
Essaouira-born Moroccan artist Ghita Lahmamssi launched her musical career in
2019 with the single Deqqat Qelbi, revealing a singular voice blending modern
pop and Arab influences. In March 2020, she marked a turning point with"Bik wla
bia", written by Anas Iraqi and composed by DJ Van, which propelled her to the
forefront of the Moroccan music scene. The same year, she collaborated with
rapper Lbenj on"Que Pasa", a rhythmic fusion of Arabic and Spanish. At the end
of 2020,"Nari" confirmed her rise to fame, with over 700,000 views in 24 hours.
