Daniele Gaudi, professionally known as Gaudi, was born on July 12, 1963, in
Italy. He began his music career in the early 1980s as a keyboardist for
underground bands before founding Raptus, considered one of Italy’s earliest
Italian-language hip-hop acts. In 1987, performing under the name Lele Gaudì, he
released the single "Malinconico Love" and later his debut album, Basta Poco, in
