GARI
Gari is a Japanese electronic rock group that formed in 1997. The founding
lineup consists of guitarist Yutaka Dokko, bassist Naoki Fujimoto, drummer Kei
Kusakabe, and vocalist Yōichirō, known as YOW-ROW, who joined shortly after the
instrumental ensemble was established. The band gained early exposure through
live performances at Japan Expo and the broadcast of their music videos on the
French channel Nolife, leading to a contract with Soundlicious. Their
discography includes the albums E.go.is.tick (2005), Neo Radio Station ( 2006),
and Harmonik/Elektrik (2011).
