Francis Goya is a Belgian guitarist and producer born as François Edouard Weyer
on May 16, 1946 in Liège. Goya achieved professional recognition for a musical
career that began after he started playing the guitar at age 12. He achieved
professional recognition for founding the ensemble Les Jivaros at age 16. His
musical career included performing with the ensemble The Liberty Six and joining
the soul ensemble J J Band in 1970. His recording career began with the debut
