Framing Hanley is an American rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2005.
The group originally performed under the name Embers Fade and posted early demos
on MySpace, attracting the attention of former Creed bassist Brett Hestla, who
helped them record a demo that secured a contract with Silent Majority Group.
Their debut studio album, The Moment, was released on 15 May 2007 under Silent
Majority Group. The following single, "You Stupid Girl", was released in 2010
and preceded their second studio album, A Promise to Burn, which arrived on 25
