Fonzie
Fonzie, a Portuguese pop rock band formed in 1996 in Lisbon, consisted of
vocalist and guitarist Hugo Maia, guitarist David Marques, bassist Carlos
Teixeira, and drummer João Marques. The group released their first promotional
recording, Bring Me Up, which led to a contract with Ataque Sonoro for their
debut studio album, The Melo Pot, released in 1998. Fonzie gained international
recognition with their second album, Built To Rock (2002), produced by Pelle
Saether and featuring collaborations with Janson of Fun At All. The album
