Florin Bogardo was a Romanian pop composer and singer who was born as Florin
Amedeo Bogardo in 1942. He achieved professional recognition in 1963 after his
debut at the Mamaia National Music Festival with the song “Cum e oare?”. Bogardo
is famous for writing Romanian pop standards including “Să nu uităm trandafirii”
(1968) and the anthem “Ani de liceu” (1986). His discography includes the studio
recordings Melodii de Florin Bogardo (1969), Melodii de Florin Bogardo (1973),
