Born in Goiânia on July 2, 1995, into a musical family that included his late brother Cristiano Araújo, Felipe Araújo began performing in a rock band at age 12 before shifting into sertanejo in his teens. He launched his solo career in 2015 with the Com Você EP—featuring the tribute single “Com Você”—followed by his first live DVD 1, Dois, 3 (2017), which included hit singles “A Mala é Falsa” and “Chave Cópia” featuring Jorge & Mateus.
