Faton Macula, born on January 1, 1980, in Mitrovica, Kosovo, is an Albanian jazz
guitarist and singer. He received his first guitar from his father at age eight
and began studying classical music under Petar Rakic. By 15, Macula discovered
jazz through records by George Benson and Joe Pass, shaping his musical
direction. In 1998, he recorded his debut album, I Remember You, in Graz,
Austria. Returning to Kosovo in 2000, he released the pop album Telat, which
