Fahmida Nabi
Fahmida Nabi, born Fahmida Nabi Numa in Dinajpur, Bangladesh, on 4 January 1964,
is a Bangladeshi classical, Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Sangeet, and modern pop
singer. The daughter of musician Mahmudun Nabi and sister of singer Samina
Chowdhury, Nabi launched her solo recording career in 1979. She released her
debut studio album, Tumi Tulonahina, and collaborated with Bappa Mazumder on the
duet albums Ek Mutho Gaan in 2006 and Ek Mutho Gaan 2 in 2010. In 2007, she won
the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer for her song
