Eve 6, an American rock band formed in La Crescenta, California, in 1995,
initially consisted of Max Collins, Jon Siebels, and Nick Meyers. The band
started under different names before adopting Eve 6 as a reference to The
X-Files. Their first gig was at Eagle's Coffee Pub in North Hollywood, Los
Angeles. After securing a recording contract with RCA while still in high
school, Meyers left the band and was replaced by Tony Fagenson. The self-titled
debut album Eve 6 was released on April 28, 1998, achieving platinum success
