EsRAP
EsRAP is an Austrian hip-hop duo consisting of siblings Esra Özmen and Enes
Özmen. Raised in the sixteenth district of Vienna, Ottakring, as children of a
Turkish guest-worker family, they used rap music to explore political themes
such as identity, racism, and the diaspora experience. On stage, Esra Özmen
performed hard, fast rhymes, while Enes Özmen contributed melodic vocal parts.
They rose to prominence performing at the opening of the Wiener Festwochen in
