Erran Boaz Baron Cohen, born in May 1968 in England, is a British composer and
trumpet player. He began his career as a founding member of the world music
group Zohar, signed to Miles Copeland's Ark 21 label. His breakthrough came
through collaborations with his younger brother, Sacha Baron Cohen, composing
scores for films such as Borat (2006), Brüno (2009), and The Dictator (2012). He
