Émile François Carrara, also known as Émile Carrara, born on August 2, 1915, in
the 19th arrondissement of Paris, was a French composer and accordionist of
Italian origin. He began his musical career performing with various orchestrAs,
including stints at Moulin Rouge from 1933 to 1935. He also contributed music
to three films: Zouzou (1934), directed by Marc Allégret, and two short films by
Léo Sevestre. He also performed in La Coupole Montmartre from 1935 to 1936, and
