Els Pets, a Catalan rock band from Constantí, Tarragona, Catalonia, was formed
in 1985 by Lluís Gavaldà, Joan Reig, and Falin Cáceres. The group initially
performed locally, distinguishing themselves with a style they termed
"agricultural rock," which reflected their rural roots and offered a humorous
critique of regional issues. Their debut album, Els Pets, was released in 1989,
