Edwina Hayes, born in 1973, in Dublin, Ireland, is an English singer-songwriter.
She grew up in Preston, Lancashire, and later moved to the East Riding of
Yorkshire, where she began performing at local folk clubs. In 1999, Hayes
started playing regularly in London and Nashville, establishing herself as a
songwriter. Her debut album, Out on My Own, was released in 2004. The single
“Eyes of a Stranger” received airplay on BBC Radio 2. She toured extensively
