Eddie Gomez
Eddie Gomez is a Grammy Award-winning American jazz musician who is described by
the All About Jazz website as "a consummate bassist, sterling educator and a
musician active in a wide variety of musical settings". He played for eleven
years in pianist Bill Evan's trio and he has been a go-to accompanist for a
great many artists including Gerry Mulligan, Miles Davis, Joanne Brackeen, Chick
Corea, and Jeremy Steig and played on the iconic 'Tim Hardin 3 Live in Concert'
album in 1968.
