William Grigahcine aka DJ Snake (born in Paris on June 13, 1986) is a French DJ born in 1986 and based in the United States. His name began to circulate when he produced a track on Lady Gaga's Born This Way album in 2011. Two years later, he did it again on ARTPOP, where he was credited on three songs. DJ Snake also remixes tracks for Kanye West and Hayley Williams. Released at the end of 2013, "Turn Down for What", a duet with rapper Lil Jon, became an international hit.
