DJ Mister Cee
Calvin LeBrun, born August 17, 1966, Bedford‑Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York
City, was an American DJ and broadcaster who learned to mix with DJ Knight and
the Knights of Hollywood. He joined Big Daddy Kane in the late 1980s, appearing
on "Mister Cee's Master Plan" from Long Live the Kane (1988) and producing
tracks for Taste of Chocolate (1990) and Prince of Darkness (1991). In the early
1990s he hosted radio shows Throwback at Noon on Hot 97 and Friday Night Live on
WBLS, where he discovered the Notorious B.I.G., guiding him to a Bad Boy Records
