DJ FKU (real name Valentin Valkiainen) is a Finnish producer who emerged in 2023 with a string of DIY Brazilian-funk/phonk hybrids, issuing early singles like “Brazilian Phonk” and “Brazilian Phonk 3” and the four-track Ninguém Vai Me Derrotar – EP, which introduced his template of clipped “montagem” vocals over blown-out 808s and saw quick spin-offs in sped-up and slowed variants.
