Born on November 29, 1993, in Wassenaar, South Holland, Dion Cooper is a Dutch
singer-songwriter who rose to fame in 2015 after participating in the reality
singing competition The Voice of Holland. He was exposed to pop music from a
very young age by his funk musician father, who would play him records by Toto,
the Police, Earth, Wind & Fire, the Beatles, and Jimi Hendrix. At the age of 15,
