Dinand Woesthoff
Dutch musician Dinand Woesthoff, born Marco Frank Ferdinand Woesthoff on
September 6, 1972, became famous as the co-founder and frontman for the band
Kane. Early in the band’s existence, Woesthoff married actress Guusje Nederhost,
but she died shortly afterward from breast cancer. He wed Lucy Hopkins in 2009.
Kane had a successful fifteen-year run in which all seven of their albums landed
in the top 3 and three of them hit number 1. Kane disbanded in 2014. Woesthoff
