Diego Kistenmacher Pereira (Diego) and Elías Anderson de Souza (Victor Hugo), friends from Uberlândia, emerged as songwriters before stepping into the spotlight as performers in 2009, penning hits for artists like Cristiano Araújo, Henrique & Juliano, and Matheus & Kauan. Their own recording debut came in 2014 with the self-titled album Diego & Victor Hugo, followed by No Seu Mundo in 2016.
