Die Mannequin
Die Mannequin was a Canadian alternative rock band from Toronto. Formed in 2005,
the group was founded by guitarist and singer Care Failure, born Caroline Slezak
Kawa. The ensemble officially began in 2006 when Failure recorded the debut EP,
How to Kill, which featured production by Jesse F. Keeler. After signing with
EMI Publishing in 2006, the band issued the compilation album Unicorn Steak in
2008, which collected previous EPs and unreleased tracks. The ensemble toured
