Dick & Dee Dee
Dick & Dee Dee, born Richard Gosting and Mary Sperling from Los Angeles,
California, are an American musical duo. They met while attending Paul Revere
Junior High School and later reconnected after graduation to form a singing
partnership. Their first single, "The Mountain's High", released on Lama Records
in 1961, reached number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and sold over a million
copies. The duo toured extensively with notable acts such as the Beach Boys and
