Dice is an American rapper and producer born Robert Boyd on October 16, 1970, in
Detroit. He began his career in 1992 by signing with World One Records, which
released his debut studio recording, The 40 Made Me Do It. Boyd performed as a
touring act for Ultramagnetic MCs, Ice Cube, and Da Lench Mob. In 1993, he
collaborated with Reel Life Productions and appeared on the Esham albums Closed
Casket and Dead Flowerz. He released the studio recording The
