Deadstar, an Australian pop rock music band, was formed in Melbourne in August
1995. The group consisted of Peter Jones on drums and percussion, Caroline
Kennedy on lead vocals and guitar, and Barry Palmer on guitar and bass guitar.
Deadstar's initial breakthrough came with the release of their self-titled debut
album Deadstar in October 1995, which included singles like "Going Down" /
