Daryl Coley
Daryl Lynn Coley, born in Berkeley, California, in 1955, was an American singer
known for his contributions to gospel, contemporary Christian, jazz, and pop
music. He began singing at a young age and started his musical journey as a
member of Helen Stephens and the Voices of Christ at 14. Coley's career took off
when he joined the Edwin Hawkins Singers and collaborated with notable figures
like James Cleveland and Tramaine Hawkins. His debut solo album Just Daryl was
