Daniel Alberto Viglietti Indart, born on July 24, 1939 in Montevideo, Uruguay,
was a singer and guitarist. He began studying guitar with maestros Atilio Rapat
and Abel Carlevaro and shifted his focus to popular music in the 1960s,
releasing his first album Canciones folklóricas y 6 impresiones para canto y
guitarra in 1963. His subsequent works, including Hombres de nuestra tierra
(1964) and Canciones para el hombre nuevo (1968), blended classical and folk
