Dan Mayo
Dan Mayo is an Israeli drummer and composer born in 1990 in Tel Aviv-Jaffa,
Israel. He began playing drums at age three and later studied piano, saxophone
and marimba. Mayo joined the band TATRAN in 2011, and achieved a breakthrough in
2014 with the album Shvat. In 2017, he was named best new drummer of the year by
the magazine Music Radar's Rhythm Magazine. Mayo collaborated with keyboardist
Yehezkel Raz on the albums Zu (2018), Before (2020), Session 1 (2020) and Tree
(2020). He also performed on the album Post Traumatic (2018) by Mike Shinoda and
worked with singer Ester Rada....
