Dada is a three‑piece American rock group formed in California in 1992,
comprising guitarist and co‑lead vocalist Michael Gurley, bassist and co‑lead
vocalist Joie Calio, and drummer Phil Leavitt. The band’s debut studio album
Puzzle was released on 8 September 1992, and the single "Dizz Knee Land" quickly
became a national radio staple, reaching number 2 on the Billboard Heatseekers
chart, number 5 on the Billboard Modern Rock chart, and number 27 on the
