Cornelia Nilsson
Cornelia Nilsson is a Swedish jazz drummer born in Lund, Sweden, in 1992. She
began playing the drums at age seven and developed an interest in jazz music as
a teenager after visiting the jazz club Underground to analyze the drummers'
playing. She prepared for her studies at the Folkhögskola in Skurup and later
graduated from the University of Stage and Music in Gothenburg, and also
received instruction from Louis Hayes. Nilsson lives in Copenhagen and has
collaborated with musicians such as Tim Hagans, Kenny Barron, Tomas Franck, and
