COOL JOKE is a Japanese rock band formed in 2001, originally active in the Fukui prefecture indie scene. The group consists of vocalist Hiroya Ishikawa, guitarist Taku Asabata, drummer Hiroyuki Saito, and bassist Keita Hayashi. Their major breakthrough came in May 2004 with the release of the single "UNDO", which served as the opening theme for the anime Fullmetal Alchemist, gaining them national recognition.
